About Us:

Investor first, Realtor second, I've been wholesaling, rehabbing, fix n flipping and buy & holding for 24 years. Trained with Michael Gerber's E-Myth Academy, Brian Buffini & Providence, Sandler Sales, Nouveau Riche University Real Estate Investing, James Smith Companies, The Group, Ninja Selling, CRS,  I'm a Winforms Trainer and e-Pro and I'm studying for my Broker designation now, and semi-fluent in Japanese and I have a Spanish speaking associate available to me and 3 partners who help me cover my "out-of-areas". (We're The Fab 4) covering all 4 corners of San Diego County! I also have a National Referral Directory in my Active Rain Community!

I enjoy travel, walking our dog on the beach, gardening, golf, history and recharging with my family. Yes, I do hang the "Sorry We're Closed" sign up every Sunday and typically after 6PM weekly! It's a good life!

 

Areas of Expertise

My areas of San Diego include: La Jolla, Downtown, North Park, University City, Eastlake and Del Mar. I have specialized skills working with seniors, military and first time buyers. My listing services are customized to fit equity sales or distressed properties.

I enjoy working with a variety of buyers (always have, not trendy) and my six client types tend to be first time buyers, senior citezens, parents buying for their kids (college dorm alternative) and Relocation professionals / retiree's and of course military and investors in distressed properties: short sales, foreclosures, etc.

I refer other agents when outside my scope; I do not over extend myself in that regard as I'm too busy in my areas of expertise anyhow. Those areas I cover are: Carlsbad, La Jolla, UTC-Golden Triangle, Sorrento Valley, Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain. Clairemont, Linda Vista, Serra Mesa, Tierra Santa, Mission Valley, College, La Mesa, North Park, South Park, El Cajon, Downtown, Chula Vista & Otay Mesa-Imperial Beach.
