Description
Serving Buyers/Sellers & Investors of Buy-n-Hold/Fix-n-Flip/Wholesale/Multi-Family. Relocation: Military, Corporate & Seasonal Homes. 1st-time buyers services & seniors services. Areas:Metro/Coastal.

About Us:

Investor first, Realtor second, I've been wholesaling, rehabbing, fix n flipping and buy & holding for 24 years. Trained with Michael Gerber's E-Myth Academy, Brian Buffini & Providence, Sandler Sales, Nouveau Riche University Real Estate Investing, James Smith Companies, The Group, Ninja Selling, CRS,  I'm a Winforms Trainer and e-Pro and I'm studying for my Broker designation now, and semi-fluent in Japanese and I have a Spanish speaking associate available to me and 3 partners who help me cover my "out-of-areas". (We're The Fab 4) covering all 4 corners of San Diego County! I also have a National Referral Directory in my Active Rain Community!

I enjoy travel, walking our dog on the beach, gardening, golf, history and recharging with my family. Yes, I do hang the "Sorry We're Closed" sign up every Sunday and typically after 6PM weekly! It's a good life!

Areas of Expertise

Areas I serve and have regular sales in: Coastal San Diego, Downtown, Golden Triangle: La Jolla & UCSD/ UTC areas, Del Mar, Encinitas, North Park, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, University Heights, College, Mission Valley, Del Cerro, San Carlos, La Mesa, select areas of El Cajon, Otay Ranch, Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, Old Town, Bay Park-Mission Bay, Pacific Beach (PB), Ocean Beach (OB) and Point Loma.I have specialized skills working with seniors, military and first time buyers. My listing services are customized to fit equity sales or distressed properties.

I refer other agents when outside my scope; I do not over extend myself in that regard as I'm too busy in my areas of expertise anyhow. All other areas would most likely be referred to a local Realtor expert. I'm a founding member of the FAB 4 which is a group of cooperating Realtors that divide the San Diego and Riverside Counties into their areas of expertise and refer all other clients to each other; clients are served by area experts this way!

I enjoy working with a variety of buyers (always have, not trendy) and my six client types tend to be first time buyers, senior citizens, parents buying for their kids (college dorm alternative) and Relocation professionals / retiree's and of course military and investors in distressed properties: short sales, foreclosures, etc.

Testimonials

Right now, knowing and working with members like Russel Ray (inspector) and Jason Gordon (direct lender) has been a great success. The warm "re-launch" welcome of my account from other members has been fantastic too! My featured blogs so far, especially "NO GUARANTEES" from March 2012, was one of my proudest featured blog moments; it generated, calls, e-mails and a $550K referral within 48 hours of being featured-Dancing In The Rain!
