         Doreen has been in the mortgage industry since 1999 working with First Time Buyers and Investors to achieve their financial goals, providing advice and counseling throughout the lending process. It does not matter is you are a "First Time Buyer" utilizing "Down Payment Assistance" or trading up you will receive quality customer service that pertains to your personal needs.

First Time Buyers can qualify for 100% financing 

FHA Loans in todays market. FHA is very user friendly for buyers and sellers. Gone are the days when the seller paid FHA fees, the only fee buyer cannot pay is Tax Service Fee.

  • WDO are not required (not required but suggested)
  • Home Inspection are not required (not required but suggested)
  • Works great with Down Payment Assistance/ SHIP (for down payment or closing cost)
  • Private Mortgage Insurance can be tax deductible (look for Blog on PMI)
