To Anyone Looking For A Realtor: Anyone looking for a realtor would be well served by engaging the services of Kim Davis. Kim recently shepherded my wife and I through the process of purchasing our new home. Kim defines professionalism and her understanding of the process and pitfalls saved us thousands of dollars. Kim researched and became knowledgeable about not only the area where we were looking, but the specific few blocks around our house. Instead of trepidation about pricing the house, this information empowered us throughout the negotiations. During protracted negotiations, I found Kim to be an aggressive advocate for my interests. Kim carefully monitored numerous contract revisions, making sure that all of the terms orally agreed to were reflected in the final contract, including a number of early concessions by that seller that I had forgotten about or overlooked.
