About Me
My Real Estate career has been somewhat of an evolution. It all started back in 1999 when I began remodeling and framing homes for a friend's company. In 2001, I branched out with my own company and began building homes. In 2004, I moved my wife and children up to Indiana to live by my wife's family, and continued building. I learned a great deal about my own strengths and weaknesses when the Indiana housing market took a dive and I couldn't sell my spec home. This is when I began the next phase of my "Real Estate" career in the Mortgage industry. Here, I learned the lending side of a real estate transaction and how to think outside of the box. When the opportunity to come back to Texas presented itself in 2007, we grabbed it. A friend was starting a company to buy, remodel and sell homes, commonly known as "Flipping", and asked me to come work with him. Within a year of being back in Texas flipping houses, I saw the benefit of obtaining my Real Estate license, and so began the final side of my Real Estate career. In the Spring of 2009, I began working full time with Keller Williams, the third largest Real Estate Franchise in the U.S., and the #1 recognized Real Estate Brand in Texas. I believe that my combined Building, Mortgage and now Real Estate Sales experience sets me apart from the average Realtor, and I look forward to showing you the difference!
