About Us:

Katherine and I have been real estate agents for six years in the Charleston market and have helped buyers and sellers with over a hundred home sales. We work for Carolina One Real Estate, the largest and most productive company in Charleston. We chose this company out of the many in Charleston because of their good reputation and their longstanding position as number one for sales in the Charleston area.

We have lived in Charleston for almost ten years now. Both of us moved to the area to go to the College of Charleston, where we met, and have loved Charleston ever since. Our focus is mainly on home buyers who are looking to relocate to Charleston from outside of the area. We've worked with clients from all over the country and abroad, and we enjoy meeting new people and introducing them to the place that we love so much. We go to great effort to provide each client with all of the information they need to make a great home purchase, and we guide them every step of the way. Excellent customer service has brought us great referrals from past customers and clients. In fact, these referrals from past clients make up about one third of our transactions each year. We've been fortunate to have such amazing clients, and we enjoy getting to know them on a personal level. And, we keep in touch with many of our clients well after closing.

Although we work mostly as buyers' agents, we also represent sellers. We try to minimize the number of listings we have, though, so that we can give each one the time and attention it deserves. Homes on today's real estate market require more effort in order to sell compared to a few years ago. By focusing only on select listings, we're able to have a higher closing success rate and give each listing our full marketing attention. And, our sellers are very happy with the results of this approach.

Areas of Expertise

We currently live and work on James Island. But, in addition to this area, we also specialize in Mt. Pleasant, West Ashley, Summerville, Folly Beach, and Johns Island. Having lived in many of these areas ourselves, we're able to give our clients the kind of insider knowledge that they need - especially if they're relocating to the area.

Even though we specialize in these six areas, we work in all eighteen of Charleston's areas. Additionally, we've helped clients buy and sell in Daniel Island, North Charleston, Downtown Charleston, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Rural West Ashley, Wadmalaw Island.
