Ricky D Sadler, Designated Broker and Senior Property Manager

Ricky brings extensive experience in local property management.  His career includes experience in every

aspect of property management and operations with several property management companies before

opening RD House.   He has deep experience in all aspects of the business and is highly respected client

owners and tenants alike, and excels at delivering remarkable turnarounds with properties requiring deferred

maintenance, improved unit and building appeal, vacancy challenges and rental income parity.  His strengths

enable RD House to offer crucial expertise to property owners, while enabling us to design and operate a

company that employs the best business practices available to achieve more competitive results.

Robert has spent years in the software technology industry, and is able to help us reach forward to build

software.  He also has an MBA and key business experience that enable us run the management and operations
