 My husband and I have built our last two homes in the country, so I am familiar with the purchase of vacant land, the construction of a new home, septic beds and wells.  We have been repeat customers of Gilmer's Home Hardware in Port Hope and of Canadian Tire in Cobourg, Ontario,  and have purchased many different types of fixtures, paint, furniture, carpet, etc... to help complete our home.  If you are able to get  2 to 3 quotes for everything, buy local, and use local trade professionals to assist with your home build, you'll be helping our area to grow. 

With my past experience as a manager,  I feel that I am very helpful to first time buyers who need more information than most.  I will answer any and all questions necessary and guide you to the different professionals needed for your first home purchase.  We work with many mortgage, insurance, and inspection companies.  CMHC has a great website that is very helpful in any home buying situation.   I understand the nervousness that a first time home buyer experiences, and enjoy the enthusiasm they have towards the purchase of their new home.   I am easy to work with and have built up a network of real estate agents from outside of the area that I  can refer to you.  This enables you to buy or sell anywhere from Ottawa to St Catharines, and you have an agent that has been recommended, working for you.
