I have closed over 3000 loans. I have experience with all types of loan documents, including, refi's, reverse mortgages, new purchase, new construction, land only, investment properties, condo conversions, and piggybacks. I worked as a paralegal for 8+ years in a real estate law firm. I have also done structured settlements.

I cover most southern Colorado Counties including: Home county of Pueblo, Alamosa, Baca, Bent, Crowley, Custer, El Paso, Fremont, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero, Prowers, Rio Grande, Saguache and Teller.

I offer reasonable fees, and volume discounts.

Outside of work, I volunteer in a variety of charitable organizations. I am also a member of the Patriot Guard Riders and attend missions as often as my schedule will allow.  My personal interests include: Motorcycles, snowmobiling, camping, fishing, reading, boating, 4-wheeling, and taking a yearly cruise to the Caribbean in Feb. I'm hoping to add a jet ski to my toybox this summer, that looks like a lot of fun!  I also do alot of creative writing doing short articles for various venues and ghostwriting for a number of authors.

I work primarily with lenders and title companies.  I do what it takes to get the loan closed!(Just please don't ask me to backdate). I have closed loans ON horseback while moving cattle from winter pasture to summer pasture, in clothing optional resorts, although for that one I did feel as if I was just a tiny bit OVER dressed! LOL!, I've done a closing that when I called the borrower to confirm the appt I spoke with a man, by the time I got to the appt, he was now a she. (The closing took place in the after surgery recovery center).

 I accept last minute closings and e-docs. My office is set up with 2 laser printers, with auto duplex, letter/legal, and high speed internet.
