About Us:
We are a mother and daughter team called the Toledo PAW Team. Linda has over 25 years experience in Relocation.
We enjoy working together in real estate and also our community where we are both
active in our churches. Linda has been Vice President of the Toledo Women's Council of Realtors and is currently
the Chairman of the WCR Orientation Committee as well as President of the Toledo Area Relocation Council.
Past work in corporate relocation really helps us on our listing abilities. We love helping buyers as well.
Areas of Expertise
Again, Linda Parker's past experience in corporate Relocation at Owens Corning has helped in our Relocation
business as well as our listing abilities. Linda was a Real Estate Relocation Director for 5 years and handled
the REO or foreclosure business and continues to handle it today in the PAW Team business. Relocation
and REO work are our two areas of expertise but we are not restricted to those two areas and help many
local homebuyers and homesellers. We are licensed in Michigan as well as Ohio.
