- 1st Stage Home Design specializes in Home Staging and Redesign in the North Florida area. We work from the beaches to Orange Park to Amelia Island. We stage vacant as well as occupied homes.
What We Do:
I am a Home Staging Resource certified Home Stager and Redesigner. I also have a certificate in Interior Design from the Univerity of Florida. My clients are realtors and home sellers who are frustrated with homes sitting on the market without any buyer traffic. They're struggling with trying to make their listing stand out among the rest and they're worried about the expense of property lingering without any offers.
We offer staging services for both vacant and occupied houses. We have a large warehouse with accessories and furniture and turn vacant houses into homes. Staged homes photograph and show better online. We turn online shoppers into foot traffic.
Areas of Expertise
Having lived in Jacksonville for over forty years, we know what new residents are looking for in used homes. We work within the seller's budget to make sure their home delivers the most bang to potential buyers. We deliver that curb appeal that gets prospective buyers to stop and say, "Wow!"
