I have been a HUD/FHA Certified 203 (k) Consultant and Sub-Contractor since 1995. Serving the Real Estate, Construction, Mortgage and Insurance Industries in Southern California since 1978 and have been involved with the HUD 203(k) Rehab Loan Program, since 1995.
