I have been a HUD/FHA Certified 203 (k) Consultant and Sub-Contractor since 1995. Serving the Real Estate, Construction, Mortgage and Insurance Industries in Southern California since 1978 and have been involved with the HUD 203(k) Rehab Loan Program, since 1995.

Tom Andros has been serving the Real Estate, Construction, Mortgage and Insurance Industries in Southern California since 1978 and has been involved with the HUD 203(k) Rehab Loan Program, as a Consultant and Sub-Contractor, since 1995.

He is proficient in performing the required HUD Work Write-ups, Specification of Repairs, Feasibility Studies, Plan Reviews and Draw Inspections and delivering them in a timely and professional manner. Most reports are completed and delivered to the appropriate parties within 3 to 5 business days.
