Life long resident of Asheville, North Carolina with over 14 years working in real estate. I have personally been the listed loan officer on over $70,000,000 in individual transactions.

I was born and raised in Asheville attending Glen Arden, Valley Springs and T.C. Roberson before heading to Wake Forest for College, and moved back as soon as I graduated.

I have been involved in the mortgage and real estate industries in Asheville, North Carolina for over 14 years now.

I have done everything from buy and sell homes on my own as an investor to owning and managing a successful mortgage brokerage operation that did over $15 million a year in residential originations for 5 years in a row to my now smaller and more boutique lending operation that specializes specifically on renovation loans and helping buyers navigate the sometimes frustrating world of mortgage finance and the purchasing of bank owned or distressed properties.
