MY RESUME'
Greetings from SE Michigan, the Great Lakes State. I began training for my real estate career at a very early age. Growing up in a large family in the 1960's, my family owned rental units. I loved collecting rents the from the tenants- I was usually rewarded by an elderly lady, Mrs. Estep, with a piece of chocolate! (That may have helped; Who doesn't love chocolate?) My Uncle was a very successful luxury home builder and land developer in my hometown. I purchased my first home at the age of 24, right out of college. After having that experience, I decided I wanted to change careers and sell real estate. After all, I had grown up in the "business"!
I began my career with Coldwell Banker Real Estate in 1987. Sears owned CB. I worked hard, read everything I could get my hands on, attended seminars like Zig Ziglar, Roger Butcher, and Danielle Kennedy to name a few. I joined an investment group. Everyone I met, I talked real estate. My first year I sold 42 homes and was named "Coldwell Bankers Rookie of the Year" for the Eastern Division of the United States - Through out my career, I have continually enhanced my skills and knowledge I provide clients through education and by keeping abreast of industry news, trends, laws, and technology. My foundation is built upon integrity, honesty, knowledge, service, care and a commitment to provide a life-long relationship.
