I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Danforth at Northgate in Seattle, WA. I was born and raised in Seattle and I received my real estate license in 1992. I have worked for 20 years in Snohomish County and King County.

I believe in giving top service to my clients so I have my own unique marketing program which I have cultivated over the many years I have been in the business.

I have worked with buyers and sellers all over King and Snohomish County, since 1992 when I got my license. I am a Certified Professional Negotiator (CPN) and also, a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
If you know of any home owners who are desperately needed help to get their house sold as a short sale, let me know asap. The sooner I get in contact with them, the longer time I will have to get their house sold, to avoid foreclosure. The short sale is so much better because it only lasts on your credit file for 3 years approximately, while a foreclosure can last indefinitely with regards to your overall credit history. So let me know asap! I use care, compassion and empathy when working with those sellers who are in distress.
