About Us:

We are 2 generations of experience in the Las Vegas and Henderson market. Allison Jung and Hedy Tharp have been working together since 2006 and specialize in the South, Southwest area of Las Vegas and "New" Henderson.

Hedy has the Las Vegas perspective that most retirees can appreciate. She knows Sun City. the tax breaks and how to get into shows on the Strip for free. :)

Allison- though aging gracefully- has the Las Vegas perspective that the younger set might appreciate. Where's the best restaurants, networking events, hot nightclubs and where a first time homebuyer is going to find a deal.

Why I Love the South Strip

Most people know Las Vegas for the heart of the Strip. The glitz and glamour of the Bellagio, City Center, and the Wynn. But did you know that just 10 minutes away South, on the Las Vegas Boulevard, is a fantasic community called the South Strip? It's where I chose to buy my home. I live in a great community known as the Manhattan condos. Funny enough, I moved from New York City into this condo community and thought it was a funny coincidence!

My community was completed in 2007 and boasts some of the nicest, most affordable condos in all of Las Vegas. Current prices for a 2 bedroom average about $120K. All units have at least 10' ceilings, granite countertops and open floorplans. Each unit comes with at least 1 underground parking space and access to the community's 24 hour gym, tennis court, basketball court and dog run. What really drew me to buy here though was the amount of green grass! Having lived in much more lush climates, the brown desert landscaping gets old with me fast.

Outside of my community, we are surrounded by wonderful single family homes that are all within a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and local casinos. I don't bother going to the Strip when I want to meet my friends. We have Town Square as our locals' hangout which has over a dozen restaurants and bars to choose from. Many people purchase investment properties here because of the close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip where many people work. Also, the 15 freeway to Los Angeles forms the western border of our MLS area. A quick 4.5 hour drive and you're in Santa Monica, CA. :)

The South Strip borders a new section of Henderson which includes the exclusive Seven Hills area. We specialize in single family homes here too.
