There are not many agents that are willing to show over 60 houses in 4 days to a client nor blanch when I would see a for sale sign and say "what about that one!"
- You handled our transaction in a very professional manner. All details were tracked and brought to closure in a business manner. Since we were out-of-state, we had to rely on your team to ensure everything was taken care of. And of course it was. You never dropped the ball on any element.
- All decisions were ours but you provided the necessary information to ensure that all of our decisions were informed decisions. This allowed us to be comfortable with our decisions and not second guess our stances. We did not feel you were pushing us to a specific conclusion but were allowing us to determine what was best for us.
- And last but not least, you kept us grounded when the seller's side of the transaction crossed the line to "weird" enabling us to complete the transaction with our sanity.
