What a fun couple Scott and Breanna were to work for, they knew what they wanted, and I worked hard to make sure that they got to see everything that was out there. But when they saw "their house" they knew it, and then from then on, it was just a matter of making sure that they were getting the best deal we could get them, and making sure they were knowledgeable about the area. When I happened on them in the store with their new baby, they were happy, and what more could you ask for than to make your clients happy.

Dear Jo,

We had some before and after pictures done on our new home and thought you might like to see them. We felt like you were family by the time we left Alaska. You don't know how we wished you could have taken care of our real estate transaction here.

The pictures (except the first one) are numbered in the right hand corner. The odd number are the before and the even numbers are now. We are not quite done with the inside and will not start out side until next spring when we will be landscaping and putting on a covered porch in front and large covered deck in the back.

It is so great to be back in the dessert country; and among old friends. We hope that some day we get a call from you saying you will be down for a visit. We are almost done with the guest room.

We searched high... we search low,

We waded knee high thru the snow.

We looked at some homes that were so bad,

We made several offers that made the sellers mad!

We got los, we drove miles almost everyday,

But we always had fun along the way.

Some homes were falling down,

Some homes were in the wrong part of town.

We looked at apartments, hangers for planes,

Some days it was sunny some days it would rain.

But you never gave up, and spend many long nights,

Going home late with hopes of the right house in sight!

We got locked out of cars, when it was minus three,

You were patient, and funny while retrieving my key.

It all started with looking on the mighty Kenai,

Things changed quickly when we found out prices were to damn high!

We had to look FSBO... when things got rough,

But we hung in there, cuz you were tough!

Finally it came... To a Journeys end...

We found the right home and had money to spend!

It's kind of sad that we are thru...

It was fun working with you.

But it's not over, I still have a few bucks...

We have to check out the River and hope for some luck.
