I am a Broker Associate, GRI. I specialize in properties along the beautiful 18 mile stretch of Hwy 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach. Destin & Panama City Beach are also in my area of expertise.

About Me

I am a Broker Associate, GRI. I was born and raised on these beautiful beaches of Northwest Florida and my husband and I feel very lucky to be raising our 3 beautiful daughters on the same beaches we grew up on.  I know the area well as I know its history and watched it grow into the high profile tourist destination it has become.

As a design contractor in Atlanta and a real estate investor in the panhandle, I've bought & sold a lot of houses - but this one got me.  We began our attempt to sell this one as the market was going south and finally, 18 months and 2 other realtors later, we turned to Nancy Norris.  After a few months she decided that, (based on her expertise and knowledge of the area), it was time for a repositioning of the home.  Nancy led the way updating the interior to give today's buyer what they were looking for. As my wife tells people, "It was like being on one of those TV shows - we use a tiny budget and a great decorator makes our whole place look new."   A short time later, in a terrible market, we had offers and back-ups leading us to the closing of our sale.

Both Tim and Nancy listed our condo. Not only did they manage several remodeling projects for us since we live out of the area, but they continued to think outside the box to get our unit sold. This condo has ended up being one of our best investments!
