Janet Richards, ABR, CRS, GRI
Janet Richards is a life-long resident of the Fort Smith area, having attended Fort Smith Public Schools, Westark Community College and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, majoring in business. Janet has two sons, JT and Cole Richards and a Labrador Retriever named Lucy. Both boys graduated from Fort Smith Public Schools, are Eagle Scouts and are current full-time college students.
Janet became a multi-million dollar producer shortly after entering her real estate career and contributes her success to having earned her Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtors' Institute (GRI) designations for Real Estate Practice and Ethics & Marketing. In addition to these designations, Janet is a graduate of Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Course and has an Executive Broker's license.
Janet is a member of the Fort Smith Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors, Home Builders Association and the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce.
Janet has previously served on the MLS Make America Better and Equal Opportunity Committees and the Million Dollar Club Committee.
