Brooklyn is located within 2 miles of Michigan Speedway. A 30-40 minute commute will land you in Ann Arbor,Livonia or Toledo Ohio. All areas in which I service including Ann Arbor !

Market values have kept up pretty well due to the tourism that this area generates.
Most of all no matter what you are looking for this area offers affordability ! Move into a lake community for around 100k for an access home with boat launch and playgrounds, obtain a lakefront home for around 200k and up . And sometimes even a lakefront cottage for around 170k.
