3.75 Realty Group believes a recalibration of the traditional commission structure and values associated with real estate sales is long overdue.  In the new economy buyers and sellers demand much more service and marketing at a fair commission.  We provide print advertising, direct mail, open houses, brochures, virtual tours, listing syndication to over 30 sites and much more at a fair 3.75% commission.  We reward the Buyer's Agent with a 2% commission - more than what we keep in-house.  Technology and our belief that this is the correct, resepectful approach enables us to provide full, robust service at a fair rate.
