About Us:
I like challenges. It started 1996 when I moved from the country of the Netherlands to the United states after graduating from a degree in Leisure Management. With a couple of thousand dollars and my clothes I decided to leave my country in search for a dream. It was not easy but after a few years of being settled down it was time for a carreer. I ended up in Real estate in 2000 and I have been a full time realtor ever since. In 2005 after working for a large broker for all those years it was time for change again. I wanted to do something nobody had done so far. I wanted to start a real estate company that would be a lot more efficient (read low overhead) with excellent customer service. The package had to be complete with MLS presence, a marketing package and all the other goodies you might expect from a full service brokerage. All this offered for a commission about half the going rate.
That is exactly what I did and I started with 3 Percent Realty. Over the years a few adjustment have been made but in essence all stayed pretty much the same. What if you are buying a home? I wanted to stand out in this aspect too. So I went to school. Earned my designation as a Certified Buyers Repesentative or CBR.

I am originally from the Netherlands, where I grew up close to the German border. You can say that even though Dutch is my native language, I was spoonfed with German too.
I acquired a degree in Business after I went on to study leisure management as a specialization for another 4 years.
In 1994 I did an internship for the Branson Chamber of commerce and fell in love with the United States and the Ozarks. In 1996 I had the opportunity to come back to the Ozarks. This time to stay.
In 2000 real estate crossed my path and I decided to make it my carreer.
I have bought and sold a lot of real estate for home owners, investors and some commercial property. My niche is in foreclosure homes and I am very knowledgeable in how they work.
In 2005 I opened up my own real estate company with the goal of offering a new form of real estate.
I know a lot about real estate investing. I can be a very profitable way in increasing your net worth. Of course there is a responsibility of being the Land lord but it is not hard to do. Like with most cases preparation is everything.
