I received a doctoral education in economics. MBA in management, college education on international Trade.

I joined the real estate industry because I hate real estate. In general, people hate salespeople. People especially hate car sales people and real estate agents because there are two many un-professional ones in this industry. So I joined this industry hoping to change this industry, just like a catfish.

I always look to work with Realtors to offer my business brokerage services. My team offer referral fee.

[My beliefs]

  1. Invention: I believe everything can be improved. I mean literally everything. I believe I am born to change the world, big or small. I try to change the world around me as best as I can. I move the tables in side my house to make the house look better.
  2. Technology really helps but human brain is the king: While I am really a so called tech junk, I still think technology is everything. Human brain is still the ultimate decision engine when it comes to make a real decision. Technology only helps a smart brain.
  3. You have to give in order to get: I enjoy being a giving person.

[Trivia]

  1. I drive a Hummer H3. Not that I am not a pro-environment person but I got a backache and I have to have a bigger car so that my back will hurt less.
  2. I mainly use my IBM thinkpad X60S laptop. This thing never crashes on me for over two years. I would only use a thinkpad or apple laptop.
  3. I have only one wife but I have two daughters. I love them all.
  4. I love photography. I use Canon XL1S 3CCD camcorder and Canon 20D digital camera. I can do your next wedding photography.
  5. I program in PHP and Sqlite. I love them. I used to think mysql is the best but now I do not.
  6. I am not a good musician but I play on yamaha Tyros I keyboard.
  7. I believe everybody can invent.
  8. I do not have too much faith in school education. Look at Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.
  9. I do not like the Chinese food in USA. They are Americanized Chinese food. 
  10. Everybody should have a business. Not only can you make money but also you have a better understand the economy and the world.
  11. In every industry only 1/3 are capable to do their job. That is just the way our society are formed. You can not expect every bus to be full, right? Our society needs to have some redundancy.
  12. I like to eat fish and drink true green tea.
  13. I use LG env2 cellphone and I am always "online". I do not like verizon's "broadband" speed but hey, they at least keep me online.
  14. I hate every government but I know I can not live without a government.
  15. I do not drink. I am alergic to alcohol.
  16. My wife thinks I can fix everything.
  17. I hate Circuicity. They still owe me $100--a rebate they promised.
  18. I believe each man should only have one wife at most.

Success formula

To makey money on eBay, you need to be knowledgeable and act fast.

Knowledgeable: know what sells fast and the market value of those items.

Act fast: those Buy it now items go fast if they are good deals. Why? Because so many people are watching. For auctions items, you need to act fast to bid at the last minutes in order to win those overlooked items.

 

The same rule applies to Real Estate:

Knowledgeable:Do necessary research so that you are knowledgeable about the property you are selling or buying.

Act fast:When the right property enters the market, act fast before anybody else takes any action. Or if you are a seller, act fast on the right buyer before he/she buyers from somebody else.

 

How I practice these two rules in Commercial Real Estate and business brokerage, as well as residential real estate brokerage?

Knowledgeable: I am well educated in economics, management, math, politics, international trade, computer and internet, code of ethnics and marketing. I do the necessary homework for every project that I participate.

By the way, I can do a lot more analysis and save a lot of time as a result of being a computer programmer and a statistician.

Act fast:I use all the technology to keep me connected with the people that I work for/with. I subscribe to as many as possible databases. I set alert on my cellphone using Text Message, instant message and email. My cellphone is my second brain that is always connected the internet. I am always just one phone call away, one text message away, one Instant message away, one email away and one click away on my website. I am always fully prepared for any decision. I help my clients fully prepared as well.
