I have practiced Real Estate for almost 13 years.  Prior to this I did sales and marketing for 28 years.  I have helped almost 1,000 people buy and sell property here in Paradise, ah Pensacola.  I know this market.  I know the values and market trends.  I know the income potential for investments here.  I have helped over 200 families relocate here.  I stay abreast of the mortgage industry and am able to assist families and investors acquire property with the least money possible at the lowest payments.

Being a respected practioner of our profession, I understand the motivation of buyers and sellers.  I mean by this that sellers are motivated by one thing, how much money they leave the table with.  And most buyers want to pay the least amout for property possible.  This simple knowledge has profited all the people I have been blessed to represent over the years.  To accomplish this a Broker has to have a day to day knowledge of the market.  I spend time daily to find out what homes sold for and the time on the market.  How are the financial markets moving which always affects the mortgage rate.  Also, we are in a resort area so when is the time to guide investors back into this area.  I know what I am doing and always will.
