About Us:

I have been in the Real Estate industry for 15 years. I started as an assistant to a Top Producer and worked up to a Buyer's Agent position. I remained a buyer's agent for 8 years and decided 6 years ago that it was time to work for myself. I came to Remax in 2001 and haven't looked back. I have been involved with well over 1000 transactions since getting started in 1992. I now have my own Buyer's Agent and together we close approximately 50 transactions per year.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in First time home buyers, relocating buyers needing the "Bonzai buying trip" service and  I also specialize in listing and selling houses that won't sell. I haven't meet a house yet that won't sell because I believe in telling the sellers what they need to hear to make the appropriate decisions. It's not easy but it is necessary. I service a 40 mile radius around Richmond which includes, Henrico County both West End and East End, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Louisa, Montpelier, Varina, New Kent and the City of Richmond. I have a full-time Buyer's agent on staff so between the two of us we are available to accomodate even the toughest of schedules.
