About Us:

I regularly maintain an external real estate marketing and investment blog at http://realtorleads.blogspot.com/ and have been involved in real estate, marketing and the internet since 1994 when I moved in with roommates that were getting masters degrees in urban and regional planning.  Since then, I have been involved in the real estate market in various capacities.  I spent quite a bit of time learning about the art of real estate investing, as well as how to acquire and flip distressed properties.  I also spent a great deal of time learning about REALTORS® and how successful real estate agents enjoy a continual stream of clients. 

I would like us all to use Active Rain as a forum and tool to learn from each other, and to hopefully develop a greater understanding and mastery of this great industry.
