5280lend.com is an affiliate of America's Mortgage Alliance.  We are both a mortgage bank and mortgage brokers who have been in the Denver Metro and Colorado real estate market for over 30 years.  We can do all kinds of residential real estate financing including FHA, VA, Conventional FNMA/FHLMC loans as well as Jumbo loans Super Jumbo loans (about $1 Million), Reverse Mortgages and 2nd mortgages and HELOCs. 

Areas of Expertise

I pride myself on being an analytical nut.  Looking at several different aspects of financing is the best way to make sure that all options have been considered.  I have an Economics Degree from the University of Colorado so I tend to look at many bigger picture issues that might have some affect on your real estate and financing decisions as well.  I constantly study national finance markets, including stock and bond markets, as well as local and national real estate markets.  I think it is necessary to have a broad scope of these inter-related areas in order to properly advise clientele about their investment in real estate. 

I am also a huge believer in keeping a human touch in a world that has become a little disconnected from old fashioned, person-to-person interaction.
