Known as the "Home Team", Perky & Jody have been full-time Realtors in Marblehead for a combined 52+ years. Life-long residents of Marblehead, they have experienced, and successfully navigated for their clients, all the highs and lows of the local real estate market since 1983.
Perky graduated from Bennett College's School of Fashion Design, and Jody is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, School of Business. As well, their multiple real estate professional designations earned are: CRS, Certified Real Estate Specialist, GRI, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, CBR, Certified Buyers' Representative, RMM, Real Estate Master's in Marketing, and Licensed Broker.
