After I have spent some time getting acquainted with you to determine your wants and needs, I will conduct an exhaustive search for the house that fits the criteria important to you.
Together we will visit these properties, and when you decide on the ones that most interest you I will research them for you. When you have made your final decision I will research further to help you arrive at an offering price you are comfortable with, and which suits the property.
Once we have an accepted offer I will work with you through the entire process. Many elements go into a successful real estate transaction, persistence, patience and professionalism are not least among them.
