About Us:
I have been an agent since 2006 and am a long time resident of Whatcom County. I have a strong back ground in customer service combined with a wealth of knowledge in Construction. My primary focus in real estate has been working with Buyer's and helping them realize their dreams and needs.
I have chosen earlier on in my carrier to team up with Keith Cook. We work both in Residential as well as Commercial Real estate. By making this decision I have been able to focus more of my time on the clients needs. Our team consists of 2 agents and 5 assistants. We work together on our strengths and weaknesses to create one dynamic team!
I am an excellent listener and follow through with action. I pay close attention to detail, in every aspect of purchasing real estate. As a home owner, I know that this is, for most people, the biggest investment they will make and this is not something to be taken lightly. I work hard to build customers for life, 50% of my business is referral based. I have an excellent work ethic and build my business with honesty and integrity.
In order to provide the best service I can I continue to educate myself. Education as well as experience is very important and critical to providing my clients with the best level of service I can. I have earned my designations as a CNE(Certified Negotiation Expert), ABR(Accredited Buyers Representative), and an E-Pro. I am also currently completing courses as a CRS(Certified Residential Specialist).
I became a real estate agent so I can provide excellent service to my community, strengthening it everyday by helping individuals and families find their place to call home.
