I was a landlord for over 12 years, and a contractor for over 30 years. I was successful with  all kinds of real estate for my self, and now with three years as a Realtor, and with a BS degree in marketing, I can use unique perspectives to help my clients with any real estate need.

I owned 440 acres of hunting land for a number of years and know that market very well. As a contractor I was involved in all the building trades.  Remodeling was the majority of the work, but some new upscale larger homes in the last 10 years.  I  have pratical sound advice and insights, but no flashy car or clothes.
