My name is David Snell and I own a company called Executive Restoration, LLC and Snell Experts (SnellExperts.com).
Executive Restoration is a mold, fire and water damage repair specialist and restoration. Snell Experts is a national directory of Realtors, home inspectors, home repair specialists, agents, appraisers, lenders, home cleaning, pest inspections, sewer and electrical professionals and just about anything else pertaining to a home, buying or selling real estate and property repair.

e are an honorable company and because we take pride in what we do. Executive Restoration is owned by David Snell and I believe in always being honorable and always taking the high road. So, here is my question to all Realtors. Do you want a company such as Executive Restoration to come in and be totally truthful and write out what needs to be done with our recommendations and suggestions? Are you looking to help your client make an excellent choice in buying a home with minimal problems?

ediator. I do not believe that a certified mold inspector should also be a home inspector because of a conflict of interest.
I also believe that all Realtors should suggest to their clients that they have the following performed before they close on a house.
1. A home inspection by some one who has at least 5 years of experience.
2. A certified mold inspection who has been in th
e business of water damage and mold remediation for at least 5 years.
3. A termite inspection.
I am not trying to step on anyone's toes in here but I want what is best for our clients as I am sure you probably do as well.

Jun 16, 2010 Debbie's Review Executive Restoration "Got called on a job that I had been through work, which was how I first heard of them. I was the liaison on this job, which had to do with a claim that involved damage, and I was impressed with how very understanding they were. They worked well with my customer, had a lot of empathy, and answered all of the questions. They listened to what I had to say, and they were upfront and honest when I asked questions. That night, when I came home from the job, my house was flooded because my ac had broken. I called them and asked they worked with insurance, which they said they did. It was 8 p.m. and they came right over and got all the water out of my house. I have worked with a lot of water and restoration companies, and some do not even show up when you need them. Some companies subcontract the work out. Executive Restoration is reliable and does not subcontract the work out...they come and do it themselves. They are thorough and reasonable priced."
"My name is Sherry Blevins and I live in Charlotte N.C. (my insurance company had an inspector come out to my home and stated my water damage was unrelated to previously discovered roof leak. The insurance inspector told me that he suspected that the leak was coming from the concrete slab and suggested I call a plumber. I knew that the insurance would only cover the burst pipe so I delayed calling. When mold began growing on my vanity, I knew some thing needed to be done so I called Executive Restoration. The owner, explained to me the process over the phone. David Snell immediately sent over his project manager named Robert V. and he used an Infrared Scanning Device as well as a moisture level meter and performed a detailed mold and water damage inspection. Executive Restoration was able to clearly see what the insurance company had missed as well as the plumber and roofer. The damage was from the roof! The water had traveled through the interior of the wall and down outside of a pipe to the bathroom floor. There was no plumbing issue at at! Thank God I did not waste money having the plumber rip out walls to find nothing. I am grateful I called Executive Restoration and they handled the job from start to finish and did an excellent job."
