Ann is an 18 year real estate veteran. Starting her real estate career in Orange County, Ca. gave Ann an advantage due to the intense competition – later moving to Arizona; Ann uses her skills to assist her buyers and sellers with problem solving and negotiation. For the current market conditions, her experience is an added value. Being in real estate in the 1970's and 1980's taught Ann markets are always changing and to adapt with new ideas and skills to each market. Ann has seen it all, 20% interest rates, up markets, down markets, and flat markets.

Ann loves selling residential homes and stays within the area she loves and has developed finely honed skills in. Ann defines “Fine Homes” as homes in the $500,000 to $900,000 price range. She is also “Certified” as a Fine Homes Specialist. Once we cross the “High End” $1 Million range it is a whole new process.
Ann defines her market area as homes in Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Maricopa, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, San Tan Valley, Coolidge, and Florence. In the Phoenix area this is known as “The East Valley”
