A Buyer or Seller working with me has an agent who is knowledgeable, professional, and one with integrity.  I make myself available to my clients at a time convenient to them, serving customers throughout the world.  As a member of the national and local Board of Realtors (St. Lucie County and Indian River County), I have promised to abide by a strict Code of Ethics.  I WILL return phone calls within 24 hours, but USUALLY within a couple of hours.  If I promise to do something, you can count on my doing it!  I work in a Single Agent capacity, which means I fully represent my clients, and work only in THEIR best interests.

I have been a full-time 24/7 Realtor for over 5 years, having had my license for many, many years before that, but on a part-time basis.  I have been a Top Producer for the my company for the last 3 years, having sold 15.5 million dollars of real estate in 2005, with 95 closed transactions.  This is an increase from 2004, when I sold over 12.5 million dollars of real estate.  I came in 4th Place for the 2005 Individual Transaction Sides Closed IN the state of Florida in Exit Realty Florida, and 7th Place for the Individual Award Sales Volume in the state of Florida for Exit Realty Florida. In the last 3 years, I have been awarded two Platinum and one Gold designation, by Exit Realty Florida.

I am part of a Family Team, as my granddaughter works part-time as my Assistant, while attending college.  She holds a license as a real estate agent, but her license is inactive.  Her knowledge of real estate principles and practices is a great help in keeping the flow of paperwork in my real estate business running smoothly!  (She is a third-generation realtor, as her father also holds an inactive real estate license.)

I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers alike, and specialize in Residential sales.  If I have a call for commercial sales, I refer my customers to a highly qualified commercial real estate agent in my network.  I don't believe in doing something halfway, and so have no problem referring a valued client to an agent who can best serve them! 

Along those lines, I also have many customers who are moving to, or have invested in, beautiful Ocala, Florida, tjhe Horse Capitol of the World!   Although I often travel to Ocala on busines, I have a fine network of realtors and loan officers there, to whom I often refer customers.
