I have lived in the Halifax area for over 30 years. I know every nook and cranny of the city, the school system, the government, and I have seen or sold over 2/3 of the properties in the area. I have been busy! To boot - I recently obtained Broker status and have a Real Estate Investment Company of my own. I know what properties to buy and I know what properties are worth.

Yes, for many, it is much more work, but I like it. When I bought my first home,  I wish I had a Realtor, like myself, who liked to guide clients through the process one -step at a time. From pre-qualifying them before we start shopping to sitting down to dinner in their very first home when they move in! Equally, I enjoy people who are moving into the area for the first time because I get to show them around the city of Halifax and brag about why it is the greatest place to live!
