A Little About Me
As Owner Broker of a small, independent real estate company, I know Real Estate is local. I work with the individual needs of each customer, and I 'm reminded that each customer has their own story and needs my services. As a natural born leader, I am constantly asked to serve on committees and organizations. I don't give up easily so... when I have a customer that must sell or must buy, it's hard not to stop until I find accomplish the task!
I've listed and sold more than 4.5 million in 2007. All on my own, all in the 2nd year of opening my new brokerage office. I did it without family listings or being on the top 10 of the search engines.

I specialize in Residential, single family homes and land in Central Oklahoma. I know what it take to purchase and find financing for mobile homes or new construction. I sell small are large acerages... agricultural, in town or in platted additions. I have long list of contractors for remodel, pond engineering, fence building, carpet cleaning, plumbing, electrical, surveying, etc. If I don't have a referral for my customers, I'll help them find one.
