I met the Police's just about two years ago quite by chance. I was visiting Saddlebrooke for a few days as part of its guest program. My wife and I had long cherished the idea of moving to Arizona one day, but we were not specifically in the market for a house at that time. Coincidence stepped in and a two-bedroom villa across the street went up for sale during our stay. The Police's represented the seller, and shortly they also represented us when we became the buyer.
From that time, Pat and Dick have been nothing but helpful in working with me as I gradually shift my business and personal interests to Tucson. Starting with that villa, they coordinated not only the real estate purchase but recommended inspectors, cleaners, a rental agent, and all sorts of restaurants, shops and other necessities and luxuries of Tucson life. Whenever I needed someone to take care of a minor (or major) matter in person and could not fly in from San Francisco, the Police's were there to handle it. They even opened their house to me when I had to come in to execute some documents.
