I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and Food Administration, and a minor in Chemistry from CSU, Long Beach. My partner and I started Ice Empire manufacturing Italian Ice, Gelato and Tirimisu out of our leased manufacturing plant in Huntington Beach. Since then I have been a student and achiever in various sales positions.
