My Story

Seattle local catches second wind

This morning I watched my youngest drive away for his first year in college.  Although I felt a mixed bag of emotions I was sure about one thing -- so glad to now be practicing Real Estate.  I have been practicing now still less than a year so the newness hasn't worn off, for me, Real Estate rocks!

As my description says, "I believe in family, friends and keeping it real.  I have a head for numbers, detail and basic need-to-know stuff."  At the same time, I feel the most connection with my job when I am able to help someone find their perfect home.

Here at Help U Sell Bellevue (that's Washington) I feel secure in the many years of Real Estate experience of my co-workers.  The office manager checks all my documents, then my work is passed on to the Broker for further scrutiny.  Thus far I have sailed through the system, but I am thankful for the safeguards.

Now for the good stuff:  Buyers receive 2/3 of this agents commission in cash on closing!!!

That's right.  For example, if the commission were 3% and the house was $400,000.   All things being equal, in this scenario the buyer would receive $8,000.00 to hold in their pocket on move-in day.
