About Us:
I am a licensed general contractor since the early '80's (in the construction business since 1971) with probably more varied experience than most any other contractor in Calif. My wife, Sandy, and I have both been appraisers for the last couple of years, but are now concentrating on investing and wholesaling of real estate in Southern California, particularly in the Coachella Valley (Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, etc.). Although our mailing address is in Palm Desert, CA, we are physically, centrally located in the mountains surrounded by Temecula/Murrieta, Hemet, Banning/Beaumont, Yucca Valley/29 Palms, and Indio. We will also accept appraisal assignments, construction projects, and investment opportunities as far as San Diego and north Orange County and most other locations within Riverside County, time permitting.
