My wife and I wanted to buy a rental property because we thought it would be a great investment to help pay for our daughter's college. Before Aaron was our realtor he was our mortgage loan officer. We used him to purchase our first home and no sooner than our offer was accepted my Marine Corps reserve unit got activated to go overseas.
