Aaron is the founder and team leader of The Lewis Team. As a 2nd-generation Realtor®, Aaron's real estate background, Business Management/Marketing degree from BYU's #7 nationally-ranked business program, technology skills, business acumen, exceptional communication and savvy negotiating skills combine with a remarkable work ethic to help propel The Lewis Team to exceptional levels of professionalism, results, and success.
Aaron's responsbilities include directing team strategy, creating and improving systems for maximum efficiency among team members, and recruiting other accomplished real estate and other support professionals. As the team's "rainmaker," Aaron is responsible to market The Lewis Team's capabilities to corporate/institutional as well as individual real estate sellers and buyers. Aaron is personally involved in all aspects of The Lewis Team's REO workflow and personally represents all Lewis Team seller clients.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys family time with his wife and two little girls, reading business, philosophical, and historical biography books, playing recreational sports of all kinds, and serving in his church.
