About Me:
Having started my real estate career as the Marketing Director for another profitable real estate consultant I quickly discovered how to properly market and get homes SOLD! With his extensive marketing background and hands on training I became licensed and realized that this business is all about thinking outside the box. In a business where "change" is not always accepted, I have realized that to stay ahead of the game in this business I needed to adapt to the ever changing methods of buying and selling homes by building a team of professionals all with similar values and work ethics. With huge advancements in technology in the recent years, I have realized that out team needs to strive to always be one step ahead of the game. "Customer Service is the MOST important aspect of our business...because without it...there is NO business!" Since it's creation, we have made sure that the team meets weekly to train, discuss and create new and better ways to offer the highest quality service to all clients so that they feel comfortable referring their friends, family and co-workers to the team!
What I do
I think of myself as a fierce negotiator. I LOVE to work with Buyers. Especially first time buyers. I also love thinking outside of the box to get homes sold, whether it be some sort of online marketing or just standing in front during and open house and waving to people...which actually works!!!!
