 As far as working with Aaron, he was great. Easy to work with,listened to our concerns,and got the job done in what was not the easiest of situations.

Our situation was that we had our home on the market while building a new home. We took our time as the market had slowed. Suddenly we had a viable offer[ While listed with a different realtor], so we hurried to finish our new home for closing. Then the closing fell through. We found ourselves with 2 house payments, looking for renters, and dealing with the monthly bills that go with owning 2 homes. We were completely stressed out. After 3 months and very few showings we decided to switch realtors. Our renters at the time had used Aaron to sell their home, so we gave him a call. We liked his presentation on how he would attract potential buyers to our home. We interviewed 3 other realtors then hired Aaron. Within 2 months,1 open house, and several showings, we had a purchase agreement in place. Now, it didn't end there. When you think you have a home sold and then the deal falls apart, you lose trust in the system. Aaron did a lot of listening to our concerns up until the time of closing. You can't begin to believe the relief we felt when the call came the everything had gone through and our home was sold.
