The Badgett Group was formed by Angela Badgett and her team of real estate professionals. She resides with her husband, Joe, and two daughters, Mary Ashley and Alexandra in the Mint Hill area.
After owning a temporary employment agency for many years, the stress, long hours and demand were too much for me. During my slow season, my husband encouraged me to try real estate. Of course, I initially was not interested, but after making my first sale many years ago, I decided that my passion and drive for this business were something I could not ignore. There were too many prospective homeowners who were purchasing a home for the first time and they wanted that special person with tenacity, loyalty and commitment to assist them in their home-buying process. Since that first sale, I have not looked back. Over the years, I have turned many prospects into clients and I have mantained my position as a MILLION-DOLLAR PRODUCER. I am in this profession because I absoluely love it!
As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, I join over 38,000 real estate brokers and agents who have earned the ABR(R) designation. Receiving my designation required me to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation. This has allowed me to demonstrate to my clients that I have the proven experience and training as well as made the effort to continue my education for buyer representation. This program allows anyone with challenged credit an opportunity to purchase any home within Charlotte of the surrounding area a home they desire. It only requires 10% down and no questions asked.

CONRACT FOR DEED:
This is a special 10% down program with no credit check. As long as you have 10% of the purchase price and a job, you can qualify. Under this program, the investor acts as your lender. He purchases the home for you and turns arouund within a day and contracts it back to you. His name as well as your name is recorded on the Deed of Trust.
This program is perfect for those who have had bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession or mounting collections. Not only will you pick the home of your choice, you do not have to be worried about getting turned down. Your 10% downpayment is your pre-qualification.
