A Bit About Me . . .

I have been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years now providing different services to different clients. When I finished my Civil Engineering Degree, I represented several buyers and sellers to accomplish their financial goals in a timely manner. Then, I went back to school and completed my Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Marketing & Finance which gave me a competitive edge in today's market. I'm also a short-sale certified agent.

With today's economy Buyers have several options to choose from, and sellers have several competitors to account for. Having a Master Degree specialized in Marketing & Finance has helped me in putting together different marketing and sales strategies specific for each client's needs. I have positioned myself very well in this market with my several years of experience in Real Estate and my continued up to date educations and certifications. And we cant just ignore the technology these days. I have also incorporated several technologies in my services that help buyers & sellers reaching their goals in a very timely and informative manner.

One of the most unique services I provide is a compiled free up-to-date foreclosure, bank owned, and HUD properties lists that both buyers and sellers can use to help them in their process.

What I'm up to these days . . .

I'm very well diverse in the services I provide, but for the past couple of years, in the residential market, I have been focusing on first home buyers, investor buyers, relocating buyers, and very few other types of buyers. From the listing's side, I have been focusing mainly on Short-sale and REO (bank owend properties) which helps me alot in understanding the process and therefore providing excellent services to both buyers and sellers who are dealing with these kind of properties.

With my vast experience in the Land Development industry, I couldn't just ignore my skills and expertise on working with lands in the commercial real estate. As a Civil Engineer and Project manager for over 10 years in the Land Development industry working with both commercial and residential projects, I have created specific services for both buyers and sellers who are interested in land purchasing and land sales.
