About Us:

A little about myself...........
Hi! My name is Abbie Lettre and I've been in the mortgage industry for about a year and a half now. I am an enthusiastic, "go-getter" who believes in getting the job done right the first time. I am honest and straight-forward with my clients and NEVER hold anything back or sugar coat anything! I LOVE my job and the people I meet and have met doing it!
I am currently going to school to get my Bachelor's degree in Paralegal studies and from there will move on to my Juris Doctor Degree so that I can become a Title Attorney! Of course I will continue to be a Mortgage Broker even after I graduate and simply add "Paralegal" and "Title Attorney" to my list of accomplishments.
All though I have no formal training in the mortgage industry, not many brokers actually do. Instead I learned by doing and trial and error, which I believe, is the best way to learn, because no classroom can prepare you for the trials and stresses you encounter in this business! I invite these trials and stresses and embrace them because they are your best tools as mortgage professionals and I work wonderfully under pressure!! I learned all I know about the mortgage industry from working with HomeLoan USA and the wonderful professionals I met there. My bosses were amazing people and still are all though they have since moved out of the residential lending business and into commercial lending thus ending my employment with them, since I, of course have not yet delved into the complicated and very much involved commercial lending industry!! My specialties lie in the residential lending industry, FHA & VA in particular.

My Constantly Growing List of Specialties:

My specialties are as follows, but are not limited to:

  • First Time Home Buyers
  • FHA & VA
  • Down-payment assistance programs
  • 100% Purchases
  • 100% Refinances
  • Cash-Out Refinances
  • Cash-Out Purchases
  • Construction Loans
  • Land Purchases
  • Real Estate Agent Partner Referral System
  • Investment Loans
  • 2nd Home Purchases
  • 2nd Home Refinances
  • Credit Counseling Services
  • "Credit Watch" Program
  • Plus many, many more!

Testimonials

Is it really believable:

I'm not sure I want to add a testimony, because I feel there is no real proof that it isn't just me writing a testimonial about myself to get ahead! I'd love to "toot" my horn all day long, but as far as a testimonial goes, I'm not sure that I believe other user's when they have one, so why add one myself? I think we should have a ranking system where clients and business partners can rank us on their past experiences, or perhaps a feedback section such as what eBay uses to prove whether or not a seller or buyer is a good one. I've had some amazing experiences with clients, with emotions running wild over a purchase or refinance, it's to be expected, after all purchasing a home or refinancing your existing mortgage is a HUGE commitment and is probably the largest purchase and heaviest commitment a person will ever make. I think perhaps knowing me first hand is the best testimonial!

Okay, I have one, WITH PROOF included, that it's a real testimonial, or more like a referral. I am also a part of "Linked In" and it was written for me and posted there by a colleague/co-worker; The link to my page is:
