Finding Properties or Homes for Sale
To find properties on the Central Coast use the list on the right side of the page. There you will find homes for sale, commercial investment property, multi family properties and lots / land for sale. You will find homes from all over the region – from the city of Santa Barbara CA. to Monterey CA. over to Bakersfield. However the primary MLS coverage extends from Santa Maria to San Simeon CA.

While searching through the thousands of listings don't forget to check the map checkbox to get a bird's eye map view of the properties for sale and the stunning hybrid map provided by Google maps. The mechanism is built to be a simple and as user friendly as possible so please provide me with any feedback you might have on ways I can improve the MLS search.

Brokerages such as Hometown Realty, Keller Williams, Re/Max, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and other privately owned brokerage firms all contribute their listings to this MLS IDX search mechanism. Professional agents and brokers from all over the Central Coast of California contribute their MLS properties and we are waiting to help you find your dream home. All contributors are licensed Realtors and have a contract with their prospective associations so you can search and view their MLS listings.

Growing up on the Central Coast has giving me a care for the area and the people who live or would like to live here. I feel San Luis Obispo County is the most enjoyable place in the world to live. Other places are very nice to visit and spend time, but nothing compares with the climate, people, communities, and natural beauty of this area.

Much of my time is spent studying the Cambria real estate market, seeing what is for sale and building websites. I contructed and maintain a Central Coast IDX search mechanism that allows searches of all the properties in the MLS database which consists of over 5,000 properties from Pismo Beach to Cambria. I feel providing this is much more effective than limiting searches to just the homes for sale listed by an individual brokerage. The internet is about information, and a lot of it, in as clear and easy to use a manner as possible.

I utilize the computer and internet to accomplish all my transactions and try to use as little paper as possible. Not just to save a tree =P but because it is the future of the industry. The Central Coast sells itself in beauty and we as Realtors are here to help you find the part that will suit you best.

The Central Coast of California is perfectly situated between the cities of San Francisco and Los Angeles. Just far away from both to not be disturbed by the chaos of big city life, but not so remote that the drive can’t be made in a few hours to either destination. Many retirees from the big cities have made this community their home and have found its charm and beauty incomparable.

Cambria real estate in particular is like spring time year round. When I was younger I had no concept of seasons because I never noticed any difference. The only difference was the school schedule. Summer to me was when school got out, not when waves of unbearable heat come. Winter was Christmas and holidays, not freezing cold and shoveling snow. Though the temperatures do change mildly paradise is never lost.

Realtors must know what they are selling. We are not just selling a listing or an investment to a person we are selling a community and the region where a person will live. Abraham Chaffin is a gifted person with a wisdom far beyond his years. He seems to excel at everything I've seen him do. I don't know where I and my office would be without his help and support. He is extremely patient and understanding when he is teaching us computer skills or helping us figure out a computer or other equipment malfunction. One cannot predict technical problems in work and it is comforting to have someone like Abraham that is so available and accessible.
