About Us:

Simone has been sucessfully performing home inspections for 10 years.  I also have several years of experience as a Public Insurance Adjuster where I helped families by identifying damages to their homes caused by unforeseen events, such as, storms, plumbing leaks, fires etc.

As an adjuster, sometimes I would go to the homes of young women, usually single moms who just bought their homes, but I could not help them.  This is because the damages to their homes were not insurable, but were major defects that were present when they bought the property.  These situations, my passion for helping people and my understanding of building structures, restoration and construction costs gained as an adjuster lead to my decision to become a Certified Home Inspector.
