About Us:

Colleen is a Native Cape Codder and she loves the real estate profession. As the Broker/Owner of ACapeHouse.com, LLC, Colleen is able to offer the highest levels of service. Her expertise lies in her knowledge of the community, her excellent organizational skills, her great perception and communication abilities, and her true enjoyment of her career. Her many Buyer and Seller clients have the highest praise for her and she looks forward to assisting many, many more people in their quest to buy or sell 'a cape house'.

Areas of Expertise

Colleen believes strongly in continuing education.  She currently has earned the designations of SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, which recognizes the unique concerns involved when working with a senior clientele.  LMC is the Loss Mitigation Certification which deals with short sales and foreclosures and the intricacies of those situations.  GRI stands for a Graduate of the Realtor Institute that involved six 2 day courses and exams after each course and dealt with all facets of being a successful realtor.  The ABR designation is an Accredited Buyer Representative so that Colleen can work under contract to represent Buyers and deal confidentially with every part of the buying process.  ePRO indicates a high level of expertise with the internet and was completed through an online course of study.  GREEN is the latest National Association of Realtors designations and explores ways to be environmentally conscious and recognize homes or appliances for energy efficiency.
